Terms And Conditions
By participating in the Smart Growth Co Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Your participation in the Program is subject to your acceptance of these terms.
1. Eligibility
- The Smart Growth Co Affiliate Program is open to all existing users of the Smart Growth System ("Referrers") and individuals referred to the system ("Referred Users").
- Referrers must have an active Smart Growth System subscription at the time of payout to be eligible for participation.
- Referred Users must sign up for the Smart Growth System through the referral link provided by the Referrer. Referred Users who fail to use the sign up link provided by the Referrer will not count as a valid referral and commissions will not be paid.
- Referred Users must not have previously been or currently be an account holder, user, client, member, lead or prospect of the Smart Growth Co. If a Referred Users matches one or more of these categories, the referral will become invalid.
2. Commissions
- Referrers are eligible to receive a commission of the monthly subscription fee paid by each Referred User. The commission structure is 40% for founding members and 30% for all other members.
- All commissions are calculated and verified at the end of each month.
- Commissions are subject to the Referred User & the Referrers maintain an active subscription to the Smart Growth System.
- Commissions are only paid for the total of the Referred Users monthly or annual subscription for use of the Smart Growth System. Any additional fees, services or upgrades purchased by the Referred User for additional support or services are not subject to commissions.
3. Payouts
- Payouts are subject to a 60-day delayed period after the months end. Example - a successful referral is made on July 3rd, the commissions will be verified on August 1st and paid on October 1st.
- Payouts are processed between the 1st and 7th of the month.
- Payouts will be paid through Paypal. All Affiliates will be required to add a Paypal account before payouts can be made.
4. Referral Tracking
- Referrals must be tracked through the unique referral link provided to each Referrer via the First Promoter platform.
- The Smart Growth Co is not responsible for commissions on referrals that do not use the assigned referral link.
5. Compliance
- Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting the Smart Growth System and the Affiliate Program.
- Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Affiliate Program will result in the immediate termination of the Referrer's participation and forfeiture of any unpaid and future commissions.
6. Changes to the Program
- The Smart Growth Co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time without notice.
- Changes to the commission structure or terms and conditions will be communicated to Referrers through the email address associated with their Smart Growth System account.
7. Termination
- Participation in the Affiliate Program may be terminated by the Smart Growth System at its discretion for any violation of these terms and conditions.
- The Affiliate Program is a discretionary program and the Smart Growth System reserves the right to withdraw or withhold affiliate payments or close the Affiliate Program at any time without reason or justification.
- When a Referrer is terminated, they lose all rights to unpaid and future commissions.
- Leaving the Smart Growth System will result in the termination of all outstanding and future affiliate payments.
- A Referrer's affiliate commissions will be terminated upon notice of cancellation and no further commissions will be paid.
Please note: 'Cancellation' refers to any scenario where your monthly or annual subscription is not paid in full when due. Including but not limited to the cancelling or pausing of your subscription.
