Smart Growth Summit Event Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Event Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your attendance at the Smart Growth Summit ("Event") hosted by The Smart Growth Strategy Co Ltd t/as The Smart Growth Co. ("Company"). By registering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not attend.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 Eligibility
Attendance is restricted to individuals 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Fees and Payment
Full payment of the registration fee is required to confirm your spot at the Event. The Company offers a split payment option, allowing payment in two installments. All payments must be completed as per the terms provided at the time of registration.
2.3 Refund Policy
Any and all refund requests will be at the discretion of the Company.
2.4 Money-Back Guarantee
A money-back guarantee is offered for this event and states:
"If you walk away from the event and feel that you haven't received the value that you expected and with practical, actionable steps to implement in 2025 - we'll refund your money in full!"
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the participant must attend all 3 days of the event and actively engage in all sessions. Failure to be an active participant in all 3 days will void the guarantee.
An active participant is someone who attends all 3 days, and at least 5 workshops on each day.
3. Event Conduct
3.1 Compliance
Attendees must adhere to all guidelines and act respectfully toward others. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
3.2 Recording Policy
Attendees are prohibited from recording any portion of the Event by any means. The Company reserves the right to record the Event and to distribute official recordings at its discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, presentations, and materials provided during the Event are protected by intellectual property laws. Attendees are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Event content solely for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
The Company will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your attendance at the Event.
6. Complaints
6.1 Process
If you have a complaint related to the Event, please submit it in writing to [email protected]. Include your name, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue. The Company will review complaints within 10 business days and respond accordingly.
6.2 Resolution
The Company will make reasonable efforts to address any issues and provide a resolution if applicable. Please note that certain complaints may fall outside the scope of our policies, such as those related to personal preferences or minor inconveniences.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
